Associate | Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC
Carolyn Sha is an associate at Mintz Levin, whose practice focuses on highly complex commercial real estate transactions with multi-partied acquisition financings. She is also a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and Women’s Associates Committee. Prior to moving to San Francisco in 2016, Carolyn was a lead associate for a real estate firm in New York City. Her responsibilities included financings, acquisitions, dispositions, drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, loan and guaranty agreements, as well as drafting and negotiating ground and commercial leases.
While at the University of Chicago, Carolyn was an active member of the Women’s Mentoring Program and served as the Public Affairs Chair for the Asian Pacific Law Students Association.
In her spare time, Carolyn loves to bake, cook, throw pottery and practice her (extremely halting and poorly accented) French. She is also an avid traveler and lover of all cheeses.
